Gimle Labs

Simulation learning for physical systems.

Erik

Hi, I'm Erik ๐Ÿ‘‹ Gimle Labs is the side-quest I keep coming back to. A place where I get to work on what I find most interesting โ€” how dynamical systems, proof theory, and machine learning can be combined to let machines reason about the physical world.

The work draws on twenty-odd years of related threads: a PhD on formally reasoning about dynamical systems and programs, a decade in investment banking applying these ideas to predictive modelling, and recent work on LLM-driven agents capable of using such machinery autonomously.

In old Norse, Gimle means the high and bright home โ€” the last refuge of light and beauty, the only light to survive Ragnarok and the only hope of a new dawn after the world has descended into darkness.
